Delivery terms

Delivery to Omniva Parcel Locker:

• Order amount up to 35 EUR: Delivery cost is 2.99 EUR.
• Order amount over 35 EUR: Delivery is free.

Delivery with Omniva courier:

• Order amount up to 35 EUR: Delivery cost is 5.99 EUR.
• Order amount over 35 EUR: Delivery is free.

Price

Delivery to Omniva parcel lockers is free when the order amount exceeds 35 EUR. For orders valued up to 35 EUR, a delivery fee set by the seller is added to the order amount.

Service order

When placing an order, select an Omniva parcel locker from the provided list. Once your order is delivered to your chosen locker, you will receive an SMS message with a collection code. You can pick up your parcel from the locker at any time convenient for you.

Delivery time

The parcel will be delivered to the selected locker within 1-3 business days after dispatch. You will be notified about the dispatch via an automatic message to the specified email address.

Important!

The parcel is stored in the locker for 7 days from the time the SMS notification is sent. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the seller. In such cases, an additional fee of 5 EUR will be charged for reshipping.
