Returns

Returning defective or faulty items:

  • Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the shipment if you receive defective or faulty items.

  • We will either refund your money or send a replacement item.

 

Due to the use of natural raw materials:

  • The aroma, consistency, and color of each batch may vary slightly. These variations are not considered defects.

 

Returning damaged items:

  • If items were damaged during transportation before delivery to the Buyer, please note this on the delivery waybill (if you notice that the package is wet or dirty at the time of delivery).

  • Send us a photo of the damaged items by email at info@alchemyofaroma.com. The photo should show the package, delivery label, how the damaged item was packed, and the box filler.

  • Upon receiving the information from the Buyer about the damaged shipment, we will send a new shipment or replace the damaged items free of charge.

 

Returning items with incorrect content:

  • If the Seller sent items with incorrect content compared to what the Buyer ordered, please send a photo of the items to info@alchemyofaroma.com and return the item to the courier summoned by the Seller. The Seller will send a new item matching the order.

 

Returning quality items:

  • Quality items can be returned and refunded or exchanged for other items only if they meet the following conditions:

  • The returned quality items must be unopened, undamaged, in their original appearance (labels and protective films must be intact and not removed), and unused.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all components received by the Buyer, including instructions and other parts.

  • If the item is not fully assembled, has been opened (protective packaging damaged), is damaged, untidy, or not properly packaged, the Seller has the right to refuse the return, exchange, or refund.

  • Returned quality items must be securely and properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation. The Seller is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transportation back to the Seller.

  • Gift certificates cannot be returned.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded when returning quality items without fault from the seller.

  • The Buyer covers the costs of returning or exchanging quality (undamaged, unbroken during transportation) items.

 

Return process:

  • To return quality items, please notify us by email at info@alchemyofaroma.com.

  • Please provide the name, surname, and order number of the person who placed the order.
